Hello there!

My name is Dante, and I'm looking forward to working with you! I offer tutoring services in Mathematics, Physics, Astronomy, English Composition, Public Speaking, and Test Preparation, but my favored tutoring service is Chess.

I'm currently studying Mathematics at Purdue University Calumet and have many years experience tutoring different subjects.

Relevant experience includes, but is not limited to, being employed as an English Composition tutor with the campus Writing Center, working as the Editor-in-Chief of the campus newspaper, and heading the Chess Club section of the Purdue University Gamers' Group.

I currently write a weekly online chess blog and volunteer as a chess coach for the East Chicago Central High School Chess Club. Chess is my passion, and I find no greater pleasure than in teaching the game or in helping a player improve their play.

I've been working as a volunteer chess coach for the East Chicago Central High School Chess Club for the past 4 months. Part of my duties include teaching students the rules of chess, basic opening principles, middlegame strategies and plan formulating, and endgame technique. I also prepare a biweekly lecture focused on highlighting an important motif through an illustrative Master game.

I have also worked as a private chess tutor whenever the opportunity has presented itself.

You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
