I am a licensed certified public accountant with good Business, IT, Maths and Software background. I assist students understand and navigate the subject areas and to bring back fun in learning.

I am very experienced and focused in preparing students for the CPA exam. I am current with the exam requirements and I work painstakingly the MCQs and simulations together with the students and give them tips and strategies to be successful in the exam. I use a variety of techniques such as Skype, Lifesize connections, and on-site or in-person and my rates are flexible to accommodate individual needs.

I have in excess of 10 years of industry experience in the use of the C++ programming languages and embedded real-time software, including RTOS, for wireless devices especially cell phones for 2nd/3rd/4th generation wireless systems. I have very good knowledge of C++ coding standards and methodologies.

QuickBooks

I am currently a QuickBook ProAdvisor with Intuit Canada. I have installed several QuickBooks such as Pro 2010, Premier 2010 and 2011 for clients in a variety of industries such as transportation, medical, retail, and other professional services. I have over five years of experience with QuickBooks.

C

CFA

I have an MBA degree with good theoretical knowledge as well as practical experience in finance. As a licensed CPA, I have had to, on numerous occasions, deal with very complex finance structures and instruments and the interconnection of global markets an information transfer. I am very conversant with methodologies used by large organizations to manage their portfolio risks and to improve the bottom line. I will gladly provide additional information if required.

Tax Preparation

I am a fully certified CPA with Illinois State. I am registered with the IRS and have a PTIN with IRS. I have experience in income tax preparation and have prepared over 500 returns both for US and Canada individual income tax. I am knowledgeable in relevant tax laws and the tax code and also experienced with tax for entities such as Corporation and Partnership.
