Hi. My name is Mark. I am an experienced teacher, tutor and paraprofessional. I have worked with learners from 1st and 2nd grade to their mid-late 20's.

Elementary Math, Reading, Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, College Basic Math, GED preparation, SAT and ACT Math, Algebra2, all are areas where I can help you or your child gain confidence and develop content mastery.

"If the learner hasn't learned, the teacher hasn't taught" was a message of one of my Education professors. These words have guided me in the classroom and in tutoring.

Working with you or your child my focus is first to see the learner "gets it", then to guide their practice. Further independent and guided practice will hopefully result in increased self-efficacy, long-term retention and ultimately content mastery.

I look forward to speaking with you regarding how I may help you or your child work toward your educational goal.
