Both my undergraduate and graduate degrees are in Italian Studies. I currently teach Italian at two different community colleges in the area. I received my Master's Degree in May 2012 from Florida State University, where I taught Italian at the university level for the past two years. As an undergraduate student at Pepperdine University, I began an after-school Italian program at a local grade school, where I taught K-8 students on a weekly basis. I have experience teaching from textbooks and also from my own materials that I have created throughout the past several years. I cater to many different learning styles, depending on the student. I enjoy utilizing music, games, and other interactive styles of learning. Most importantly, I cater to my students' needs to find the way for them to learn the Italian language best. I love the Italian language and culture, and I hope that I can encourage you or your child/children to develop this same passion!
