I presently teach various Biology courses at at a local community college. I have 12 years of experience teaching and tutoring undergraduate, high school and middle grade students. I also tutor Math and Biology for the same grade levels

My usual approach to tutoring is to first get the students to enjoy themselves and feel comfortable with learning. Once this is mastered, the learning process becomes much easier. I try to find out where the problems with the material exists and organize an individualized approach to address the issue. I have found most students need some coaching on study skills and concentration.

I try to relate the subject to each student's daily life.
