I studied Spanish overseas in Costa Rica for 3 months. My whole family on my mother's side is from Barranquilla, Colombia.
I don't mind providing evidence to this effect.
If I had to pick a tutor, I would want to make sure that they know what they are talking about, and are excited about what they do, and so that is what I will provide.
My rates and cancellation rules and other such details can be worked out. The information I put down for them are just guidelines. I know life can be hectic, and you might not be able to contact me 20 hours before to cancel and that is OK. Once I get to know you, we can work out rules that work for the both of us.
My big ambition is to one day be a clinical psychologist. I have always loved learning and I have wanted to promote this in others. I don't feel I am just naturally smart. I had to study hard in order to learn what I have, and even harder just to figure out how to use what I know.
I have always believed in volunteering, which has fueled my desire to help others.
I think I can teach almost anyone. My autistic brother is 1 year younger than me and I have lived with him my whole life. I love working with children because of their purity and personality. My father is old-school and has trouble with computers, including turning one on, and I patiently work with him so he can understand e-mail and surfing the net. Given my various interests and experiences, I am qualified to work with students of all ages and types.
I am willing to customize a program to fit your needs. If you would like to talk about how to use what you learn and make it into a career, starting anywhere from picking a college, funding college, interviews, and other practical knowledge, I am willing to share my experience and help you research that information.
If you want to learn, and are ready to give it your all, then I am the tutor for you.
