Having a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Master's degree in Education, and a type 09 Secondary teaching certification with a content area of Social Science/Psychology I am very qualified to help you. My specialty is
U.S. History and Psychology. You will love how both subjects will come to life and you will enjoy learning about them without even feeling like you are learning.
I have 10 years of classroom experience. Preferring a one on one teaching experience, I am comfortable working with any student whether you are home schooled, attend a private school, or a public school - I understand your need.
I also offer Machine Sewing instruction. I prefer a group of 4 students, but will teach one on one. Being a Certified Home Sewing Instructor, I have taught sewing for 10 years in a high school setting. I have been sewing for over 40 years, and have a sewing and alteration business.
I home schooled my children until ninth grade. Currently I am a substitute teacher for Kaneland District 302.
