My teens have only had one session (AP Calc) with Vikki, but our initial impressions are very positive. First, she was very good about trying to find a rate that would work for us as well as her - two kids tutored at once-same subject-similar ability, etc. The girls felt very good about their first session and felt that what made her good was not just telling them what to do, but letting them struggle a bit and giving them some guidance as they tried to understand. Then also 'testing' them on a similar problem to see if they 'got it'.
Update 12/30/12. Vikki has now been tutoring my senior girls for several months and we continue to be very pleased. She has a very quiet, thoughtful approach to trying to determine what each of them need to work on and has done a great job helping us to figure out where the 'holes' were for one who had suffered a concussion. Lovely, smart and caring.

You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
