Hello! I am a dedicated elementary school teacher looking to help build your child's academic abilities and encourage self-confidence. I am extremely passionate about the emotional, academic and social growth of children and hope to inspire your child to love learning. I graduated from Roosevelt University in May 2005 with a BA in Elementary Education and concentration in Psychology. Since graduation, I have had the opportunity to teach first grade for two years, substitute teach all grade levels pre-K though twelfth, and work as a full time aide in a classroom with students with behavioral and emotional issues. I have also had the opportunity to work with students with: ADHD, autism, SPED, ESL abilities and bilingual abilities. I took Spanish for 10 years.
