Over twenty years as a senior finance manager in Corporate America, I trained so many of my junior staff members to improve their skills and their confidence. I also learned that teaching is my passion. So I am looking to share my knowledge of finance & investments, mathematics, writing skills, English studies, public speaking & presentation skills, and Excel spreadsheet programming with students of all levels. I have a Bachelor's Degree and a graduate business degree (MBA) from the University of Notre Dame. I also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) credential, which is a post-graduate designation for professional investors. As the Chief Investment Officer responsible for many billions of dollars, I had to become extremely quantitative to be successful on the job, so I can now teach many disciplines in the field of mathematics. I also had to create many research reports and marketing materials over my career, give hundreds of stand-up presentations, all of which which means I can teach you how to write like a pro or speak in front of audiences with confidence. The people who have learned from me during my business career would tell you that I am a mighty fine teacher and that I helped them to be successful in their lives and in their careers.
