Hi! My name is Kayla. I am studying costume design and costume technology within the Conservatory of Theatre Arts at SUNY Purchase. I have taken fashion design courses at both Rhode Island School of Design and the School of The Art Institute of Chicago within their pre-college programs. I have worked as a costume designer in both theatre and film, and have experience working as an intern with the costume design team for Evita on Broadway.

I also work as a stitcher, creating garments for theatre productions. I can teach students to construct garments, sew from fashion patterns, and work on sewing machines.

I would love to teach anyone willing to learn about costume design, fashion design, or sewing.
