I graduated with a BS in Biology (with minor in chemistry) and, since then, have taken some independent master's level biology courses at San Diego State University. As an undergraduate, I worked with my school, Towson University, tutoring peers in various entry-level to advanced biology and chemistry topics, so, not only do I have a very firm background in biology, but I have significant experience teaching it.
I graduated with a BS in Biology (with minor in chemistry) and have taken some independent master's level biology courses as well. My specialization was cellular and molecular biology which required multiple courses in genetics. As an undergraduate, I worked with my school, Towson University, tutoring peers in various entry-level to advanced biology and chemistry topics, including multiple sessions tutoring other students in my same genetics class due to a lack of tutors who had already completed the course.
I graduated with a BS in Cellular and Molecular Biology which require a working knowledge of Organic Chemistry. I also minored in Chemistry. I earned 'A's in both of my advanced Organic Chemistry classes at Towson University as well as being awarded the American Chemical Society's POLYED Undergraduate Award for Achievement in Organic Chemistry. Finally, I spent 20 hours a week for three years during my undergraduate career tutoring students in various entry level to upper level biology and chemistry courses.
