I am an ESL educator who is fluent in Korean and English with a professional background in teaching with 'eBy School','Kids Herald','HANNA Club', and private tutoring as well. I have taught Korean and English with over 100 students in total, ages ranging from 3 to 50, and have experience in both online and offline sessions. I specialize in training public speaking skills, advanced conversations, interview preparation and enhancing pronunciation. I have mostly taught in these areas and have seen improved results in students who have diligently followed my methods.
I also have professional education in Culinary Arts, and I am currently pursuing my degree at Kendall College. My skills from completing courses include methods of professional cooking, breakfast cookery, fermentation, and sanitation. I have a Illinois sanitation certification (2011-2016) as well. I will be teaching the basic methods of making various kinds of stocks, soups and sauces, and also properly handling and cooking meats and seafood. Teaching properly cooking and handling would include educating sanitation issues while storing and cooking with them, and also various methods that can be used to properly cook and the reason behind each stage of the method. A lot of the basics I will be teaching will mostly be influenced by French cookery, but I can also offer to teach Korean food as well.
