Hello! Hola! Bonjour! I am a high school and community college teacher with 32 years in the classroom teaching Spanish, French, and English as a Second Language. My approach is interactive. Acquiring a second language involves all the senses so my students are active participants in their own learning.

I graduated from college with a major in foreign languages. French was one of the two languages I studied. My coursework included studying in Paris as part of a program offered by my university. Subsequently, as a high school teacher of French, I led many groups of students on spring break and summer trips to France. I not only love the language, I enjoy reading anything about French history, especially the revolutionary period in eighteenth century France.

Spanish

As a college student, I had a double major--French and Spanish. In my career as a high school foreign language teacher, I taught both languages over the years, and I took students on spring and summer excursions to Europe where Spain was always on our itinerary. You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
