While the discipline of tutoring is anything but easy, my philosophy of tutoring is something rather simple: a good tutor is the one who stays organized and prepared and combines the knowledge of the subject with the passion for teaching it. My gift is that I can deliver the information and analysis to the student, where they can gain confidence and renewed interest in a subject that is hard to understand.

Currently, while I have been working for WyzAnt approaching five years, I am also a member of the Faculty at a Local University, while working on an advanced graduate degree in the field of Bio-chemistry, Physiology and Bio-physics. I teach/tutor the sciences individually displayed below, in the first section of my tutoring subjects major areas. My academic background includes a Master of Science degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences at Rush University (RU), and two bachelors of science degrees, B.S. in Chemistry at DePaul University and a second B.S. in Biology at University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC). I have also fulfilled many of the requirements as well as research for my earned M.S. degree at the University of Chicago in Hyde Park (UC). In addition, I have to address you in modesty that I earned a National Honor Award from the American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) as well as a current certification in medical laboratory sciences: MLS(ASCP)cm, current through Feb. 2017.

In regards to my work experience, it includes tutoring math at DePaul University, A&P I and A&P II at Oakton Community College (OCC). Further, I have worked for several years as a research assistant in biochemical and cellular studies at the college of medicine at the University of Iowa. Moreover, I have several years of relevant work experience in education as a member and Team Leader at Pearson's national institute, training college graduates and teachers in the education field including evaluation and grading national standardized tests in language, math and sciences.

Consequently, this unique background of scholastic achievements, rich work experience in teaching, educating and tutoring, and valuable work experience in research and applied science combine together, all in an orchestrated manner, to make me a rare and strongly fit species in the world of education.

In terms of my fee, it is a fair hourly rate for the abundant amount and high quality lesson you get in return. Given that I tutor many subjects, it is reasonable to occasionally expect some variability at mutually-agreed terms.

Hello future health care professionals. First, I distinctly completed anatomy courses with labs including human anatomy, comparative anatomy and physiology, Mammalian embryology, and neuoroscience. I also worked in an academic anatomy lab, performing surgery on animals. Additionally, I taught human biology (classes and labs)to high school students covering all cells, tissues, organs and systems of the human body. Further, I tutored anatomy at Oakton Community College (OCC) for a while, then I had many students from OCC, North Park University, and others who were not doing well in their courses. Yet, after I tutored them for the rest of the semester, they ended up with A's or B's. What are you waiting for?

I have two undergraduate degrees in biology and chemistry (Bio-chemistry). In addition to completing graduate biochemistry classes and research for M.S. in medical sciences, I have been taking additional coursework toward another advanced degree in biological/biochemical sciences. Courses include metabolism, structure and function of bio-molecules, and advanced biochemistry laboratory. Besides the educational background, I have been tutoring the subject to many students who were very happy to work with me. Knowledge, experience, and flexible methods of delivering the subject will make the difference in your world.

I have a B.S. in Biology from the University of Illinois at Chicago. My G.P.A. for all biology classes is 3.8/4.0. I have tutored this subject for at least 10 years, including general biology, microbiology, genetics, anatomy and physiology, biochemistry, and cell and molecular biology. More importantly, almost all students have been completely impressed with my knowledge and method of explaining biological principles and concepts. Do not entrust your biology grade to inexperienced tutors when you have me, with a proven record of students aiming only to pass general biology but ending up with A's and B's. Be an A student.

Chemistry is an essential subject to so many other fields: medicine, nursing, pharmacy, and even geology and engineering. Get the highest grade by comfortably learning the concepts of chemistry 1 and/or chemistry 2.

College Counseling

knowledge including science and technology reached the age of information overload, making a big impact on many other academic fields and professions. I personally kept up very well with all the numerous conventional professions with their new innovations, as well as brand new fields of study. This was accomplished over a long period of time by playing the role of teacher, mentor and counselor to high schools students outside school hours and on weekends. My counseling experience extends to the students I tutored, coming from all backgrounds. The most difficult yet, very important step is to find the student's passion, strength, and aspiration. Then, I use my expertise and knowledge to advise them on how and where to start, and help them map out the path leading straight to their destinations. In addition, I have helped students with the long tedious application process and how to reach their potentials once they are in college. Further, true success is not complete without adding the most important principles of education and life, which are prerequisites to accomplish all personal achievements.

I have a strong background in the basic sciences for those seeking to enter the dental profession. My specific experience includes preparing students for the dental admission test: DAT.
