I would love to equip and enable your child to achieve the success you both desire. I personally care for each learner and discern his or her learning style and assimilation preference and then tailor our sessions to 'fit' them. Since I found learning difficult, I am very adept at sensing what may be hindering success and am able to teach the learner skills to get past it now and in the future.

I am currently tutoring ACT students, Freshmen, and elementary students. I have tutored for Club-Z, Huntington Learning Center in Park Ridge, Glenbrook High School district, private elementary,high school, and college students in Reading, Writing, English, Math, Algebra 1, Test Preparation, Social Studies, Spelling, German, Study Skills, and English as a Second Language. I also teach business English to international businessmen and ESL.
I am a certified teacher in Illinois in English, Language Arts, Social Studies, Psychology, and German. I have taught students in all three levels and instructed in more than 40 college courses as an adjunct professor for 12 colleges. I have successful experience with many nationalities, social classes, inner-city and suburban students, and community programs for adults and immigrants of all ages.
