I have teaching experience with children Pre-K through 8th grade. I was a substitute teacher for two and a half years. I enjoy presenting academic materials to students and I enjoy sharing my personal knowledge and experiences. I am a caring, kind and fair teacher. I respect all students equally and expect the same in return.
I believe in motivating students with positive re-enforcement, such as an appropriate reward. Before work begins, I explain my expectations and obtain an agreement with the student on a desired reward. When the student successfully completes the required activities, then they receive the reward.
