I have been tutoring various subjects of math at a local community college for seven years now. Those subjects include the algebras, geometry, trigonometry (pre-calculus), and statistics. I always found that one-on-one learning is the best, and individual attention to a student is fantastically important. I have incredible patience when it comes to teaching or tutoring math. I will do my best to explain it in as many ways as possible to help you understand what it is you are trying to learn and master.
I simply adore teaching math to all ages. It is probably the one thing that I have found that I enjoy tremendously. The best moments in this line of work are the "light-bulb" moments. You know, when you are working on something and it finally clicks; when the light-bulb comes on.
I am willing to work with groups, between two to seven people. Special rates may be available (per individual) depending on what the subject matter is, and how often you are wanting to meet. We can iron out all those details if special group sessions are needed.
