David is certified in the States of Illinois and Tennessee as a NCLB social science educator and administrator. His endorsements include United States history, world history, geography, political science, civics, economics. He has a Type 09 Standard Certificate, a Type 75 K-12 Administrative Certificate, and a superintendent endorsement. Educationally, David has an associate of arts and a bachelor of arts degree in education; a master's degree (M.Ed.) in curriculum and instruction; a master's degree (M.A.) in educational administration and supervision; a master's degree (M.A.) in history; an education specialist degree (Ed.S) in educational administration; and a doctorate degree in education.
He is a graduate of Rochester College, City University of Seattle, St. Xavier University, University of Nebraska, University of Missouri, California Coast University, Abilene Christian University, International Theological Seminary, Colorado Theological Seminary, and Northwestern Theological Seminary. Furthermore, this tutor serves as a public middle school assistant principal.
