I have strong expertise in Accounting, Computational Finance, Statistics, e-Business and Information Technology. I also have excellent budgeting and methodology skills, project planning and implementation capabilities and technical writing skills. I also have over ten (10) years of teaching experience at both the undergraduate and graduate levels at two (2) university environments. I'm also a certified public accountant with over 20 years experience.

My approach toward tutoring is to use a one-to-one, role modeling approach whereby instruction is provided by direct personal interaction between teacher and learner. This involves giving information, demonstrating, questioning, problem-solving, directing learner’s work, observing and assessing learner’s performance, and providing feedback.

In business education, case presentation is often a part of this process. The advantages of this approach provides opportunity for role modeling, demonstration, and observation of appropriate professional habits and attitudes and provides practice to build skills and problem solving in real situations with expert supervision, guidance, and the opportunity for continuous feedback.

This approach also allows the tutor to identify the level of the learner(s) and diagnose their needs and therefore tailor approach appropriately.
