I am a retired banking executive. I presently teach defensive driving classes (through Northwestern University's Public Safety Division), and I am currently a self employed, banking consultant specializing in troubled real estate, asset financing and financial literacy.
As a State of Illinois State Certified Teacher, for about a year and a half, I was a K-12 grade substitute/ full-time elementary school teacher at Chicago Charter Elementary Schools, including the University of Chicago Charter Schools. Additionally I have developed and presented financial literacy / Bank At School class to more than 26,000 children, parents and teachers, at more than 100 City of Chicago, public and private elementary schools.
I have also taught Junior Achievement Class in certain City of Chicago Public Schools as well.
My banking background provided me with quite a diverse background of experience, which included commercial lending, community development, county, city, state and federal government liaison activity, and public/community affairs.
For about a decade I was self employed. During that time, I consulted banks, owned a driving school, developed/managed real estate, and facilitated financial literacy classes to varies community organizations and churches.
I look forward to speaking with you to discuss your specific interests and concerns relative to my background and skill set.
Thank you for your consideration and the opportunity to serve you.
