Jason not only helps my 7 year-old son with pronunciation but also delves into the meaning & origin of words.
Teresa's son is an excellent example of a young curious mind. I sometimes find that he is the one asking me for etymologies, long before I have gotten to that part of the process. His natural curiosity and interest in the "why" of English vocabulary is really gratifying. His expressiveness when he reads out-loud, and his insight into the narratives he reads, is also wonderful.
If you would like a tutor and a good friend at the same, I will strongly recommend Jason! He is a seasoned tutor who really knows what he is doing and what you need to improve. What's more, he will listen to you patiently and consider your needs during the tutor sessions.
Morgan is not only an interesting student, but also an example of a great storyteller. His passion for his profession, and the details that he expresses in his writing are splendid. His interest in refining his understanding of formal and profession-specific English is really exemplary.
I gave Jason a vague research task via email. He worked hard, produced a great product, and billed fairly. I plan to request his services in the future.
I'm an English major and was having crises with my final exam and I met with him. He really knows his stuff and he broke it down to me step by step, he helped me a lot. Some things I was way off on, and honestly I wouldn't have passed with out his help, great service. Would strongly recommend him.
Abla is a really dedicated student. Her interest in the literature wasn't just pro-forma or due to the fact that she "had" to read the assignments and respond. She genuinely has an abiding interest in the reasons behind why a piece is written the way it is; not only for why it was written, but why it is PRESENTED as it is. By extension, she showed great curiosity as to why particular bibliographies and syllabi were arranged by professors; what motivated their "take" on the subject matter, and how this affected her (the student's) understanding.
