I am a Korean-American, fluent in Japanese. Lived and worked as a translator in Tokyo, Japan for 8 years, working at Japan's largest banking companies. Passed Level 1 of Japanese Proficiency Exam. Currently in grad school to become a Japanese teacher.
I try to incorporate a full immersion (speak in all Japanese) in my lessons. Studies have shown students improve proficiency much better with full immersion. It is adjusted for beginning levels or students' request. I work with you to find out what you want to be proficient in and can develop excellent teaching plans/homework plans to make you fluent in Japanese.
