I am a knowledgeable, dedicated and reliable writing tutor with over three years experience teaching college level students one-on-one to improve their organization, logic, grammar, spelling, punctuation and overall themes.

I worked for three years at Columbia College Chicago's writing center, where students under my direction often made remarkable improvement after just one semester of weekly writing sessions.

My tutoring philosophy can be summed up in the old adage, give a man a fish and he will eat for a day, teach a man to fish and he will eat for a lifetime. My goal is to eventually enable students to recognize their own mistakes and edit their own papers, therefore becoming their own best critics and evaluate their writing with an objective eye.
