Hello! I have been teaching in CPS for 7 years now and enjoy every minute of working with children. The smallest progress in academic growth (or even social/emotional), puts a smile on my face. I think outside the box when it comes to helping children, since we know that everyone learns differently. I work to find my students' strengths and weaknesses in order to better help them. I tend to build my students' confidence and push them to the limits. This allows students to see that they are capable of doing the work and more.
Besides teaching in CPS, I have taught Junior Achievement and coached basketball and softball.
My job/goal is to help students/children feel good about what they are doing and to instill the love of lifelong learning that I have, and we all should have. I look forward to hearing from you!
