Hello,
I am currently a High School English Teacher at Lincoln Park High and have taught here for 7 years. I went to a private American school in London my freshmen and sophomore years of high school and New Trier High school my junior and senior years. I completed my B.A at Purdue University in English literature and my master's at Depaul. I have also worked in Special Education at New Trier High before I got my full time English teaching position at Lincoln Park in August of 2005.
I have lived in England and Saudi Arabia growing up and can speak/read four languages: English, Urdu, French, and Arabic. I have traveled extensively with three trips just this year: Buenos Aires, Istanbul, and London. I have also taught ACT test preparation, a grammar skills class, as well as literature and writing courses. I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals!
