I recently completed my Masters at Trinity College, Dublin, where I concentrated on English literature and drama. I also have a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University where I was a student in the History Department and earned a Certificate (like a minor) in Theatre. I have ample experience tutoring students in the SAT and ACT tests as well as in history, English, social studies, literature, and writing. I also help students with their college applications from the first pro/con lists right through to the thick envelope, and with every interview, essay, and letter of recommendation in between. Contact me through WyzAnt today; I can't wait to hear from you!

Approved subjects

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

College Counseling

As a tutor and a Princeton University alumna, I have experience on both sides of the acceptance letter.

The first, and most important step in the college application process is to choose the right school for you. I can help students navigate their myriad choices to help them find the schools that best fit their academic and person needs.

After a student has selected her top choice schools, everything else is a matter of hard work and organization. I have guided several students through the college application process, providing feedback and support as they wrote their application essays, interviewed with university alumni, sat their SAT/ACT tests, and sought letters of recommendation from their teachers and mentors.

The college application process can be confusing and daunting, but it doesn't have to be. Send me a WyzAnt message today, so we can start writing an application to the perfect college for you.
