I am an energetic Instructor of English Composition, English Literature, and African American Studies. I have experience working with writers of various levels and cultural backgrounds. I am a teacher who truly enjoys interaction with my students and seeing their development as we move through the education process.
I have been working in the field of education field for three years and posses a Masters in Literary Studies from Eastern Illinois University. My special focuses included Creative Writing, African American Literature, Editing, and Writing Skills Development.

My Masters and B.A. are in English and Literary Studies. I am skilled at aiding students with comprehension, composition, and editing. I also like to work on developing familiarity with grammar, punctuation, and proofreading. I have three years of teaching experience at the college level and have worked with students at a variety of levels.
