Hi Everybody,

My name is Brenda, and I may be the ideal tutor for you!

I learned to sew from my mother who made a lot of our clothes when we were kids. I've always had a creative spirit and I love seeing creativity happening - you start with one idea and your piece has a mind of its own. So beautiful.

Besides tutoring, I also have a lot of work experience as an administrative assistant/academic coordinator/H.R. assistant at various colleges. I have experience with students of all ages, including extensive experience with individuals who need understanding and patience.

In general, I favor a "hands-on" approach to teach sewing that involves a lot of interaction between the tutor and student, and concrete experiences and the learning style of the student.
