American History
I have a Bachelor's Degree in History from Northern Illinois University. In addition to identifying critical names, places, and dates, I was required to identify the significance of each historical development.
Bible Studies
I have experience in teaching religion to students. I have taught Sunday School at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. Additionally, I have a Bachelor's Degree in History with an emphasis on Religion. I was required to research, evaluate, and provide insight into the Bible.
Bodybuilding
I have a Personal Training Certification from the American College of Sports Medicine. In order to achieve this certification, I was required to learn the modalities and methods behind strength training and hypertrophy (muscle growth). These concepts are crucial to Bodybuilding and I have applied them in my own life.
European History
I studied European History in depth in college. I received a Bachelor's Degree from Northern Illinois University where I was required to have extensive knowledge of relevant dates, places, people, and the significance of each European historical event.
Fitness
I hold a Personal Training Certification from the American College of Sports Medicine. In order to achieve this Certification, I was required to gain knowledge, skills, and applications to physical fitness. The scope of educations consisted of the modalities and methods behind cardiovascular health, endurance, resistance training, flexibility, and neuromuscular development. I have applied these concepts with the assistance of heart rate training with clients.
Geography
While earning a Bachelor's degree in History from Northern Illinois University, I was required to gain extensive knowledge in geography, as it is critical to identify location during the course of studying history.
Government & Politics
I have a Bachelor's Degree with a major in History and a Minor in Sociology. In pursuit of this degree, I was required to enroll in numerous Political Science courses which also encompassed government structure and international relations.
Grammar
During the course of my academic career, I was required to write hundreds of expository works. I developed extensive grammar and mechanical skills as a result of this writing demand. I have a high command of the English language.
Reading
While earning my History degree from Northern Illinois University, I was required to read hundreds of abstracts, monographs, books and other material.
Religion
