As a teacher with 20+ years of experience, I have planned, implemented, monitored, and assessed classroom instructional programs with effective measures and techniques which help improve student participation and learning. This has resulted in consistently significant improvement in national norms on standardized achievement tests at each school I've taught.

Classrooms I have taught have achieved rates of 97% at or above average on the ISAT in math, as well as 85% achievement at or above average in both reading and science. This was in class sizes of 34 or more students. Others students under my tutelage were chosen to represent the state of Illinois in the National History Day competitions held in Washington, D.C.

The product of my teaching skills has been consistently positive evaluations from parents and students throughout the years.
