As a trainer and literacy instructor, my organization provides job readiness, customer service, professionalism and office ethics training. As a literacy instructor who has taught literacy at Dawson Technical Institute and taught literacy instruction at Heartland Alliance to hard to employ individuals, I understand the importance of students grasping and applying information and processes before they become adults and learning becomes more difficult.
I teach with the concept that students are not idiots but individuals who may learn differently. I am also a mother who has raised sons who are now in college utilizing the skills the learned from my instruction and the techniques which has helped them to understanding and processing information.
I enjoy teaching and look forward to providing assistance to those who may need one on one instruction.
