Kelly was not flexible with our request to slightly delay start time of a tutor session, and insisted on charging for a cancelled session when in fact we did not cancel the session. She had no problem canceling a previously scheduled tutor session when it suddenly became inconvenient for her schedule.

Charles, it's unfortunate that you view the situation this way and chose to post this on my profile. I was scheduled to have an evening session with your daughter, but cancelled in the morning because I was sick with a high fever. There was no reason to pass that onto her. Two hours prior to a session that was scheduled for the following week, you requested to begin an hour later; however, I wasn't able to accommodate that request. I offered a makeup session, but you said that your daughter wouldn't be available on that day. I, unfortunately, didn't have any more flexibility in my schedule to offer another makeup, as you live over an hour from me. At that point in time, our scheduled class was deemed a late-cancellation. It was a pleasure working with your daughter and I do wish you the best in finding a new tutor.

How do I receive a discount?

Save between 5 and 15% on tutoring by purchasing credit with one of our prepaid discount packages. You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
