Try 20 minutes of focused work and 5 minutes off. It works great to keep those bright minds with you and not wandering off during lessons. During the five minute break do something active with your students like exercises, shoot hoops, playdough, etc. Use a "Time Timer" so you won't go over your break limit. This method greatly increases productivity in your student.
