I have a passion for making learning fun and enjoy helping students love learning. I get so much joy from seeing the lightbulb go off in the student's face when he/she is able to grasp a concept.

I majored in Elementary Education with a concentration in Mathematics, enabling me to teach math up to 9th grade. I enjoy teaching all subjects but specialize in math. I taught 5th grade for 6 years and am currently a stay-at-home mom with two children under the age of two. I have also worked at a Knowledge Quest tutoring center and tutored students during the school year and during the summer, to help them get ahead or stay current with their math skills.

I currently have my CA credential and my Illinois provisional teaching credential, as I just moved into the neighborhood this year.

How do I receive a discount?

Save between 5 and 15% on tutoring by purchasing credit with one of our prepaid discount packages. You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
