I am an 18 year old student at Valdosta State University majoring in Criminal Justice as well as minoring in Spanish. I have never made a B in a course which means that throughout high school and college, I have maintained a 4.0 Grade Point Average. I have taken four years of Spanish courses as well as had personal interaction with migrant workers in my hometown. I have also taken every business course available at my high school, which includes Business Procedures, Marketing, Marketing Management, Banking, and Fundamentals of business. I took three Advanced Placement courses in high school and my scores all resulted in either 5's or 4's, which are the highest scores possible. I received college credit for all three courses, including AP American Government. I also took this course in college as a requirement for my learning community, and I made one of the highest A's in the class. I have volunteered at my local high school for tutoring in all areas except math and science. I have also tutored in Political Science and Spanish during the first semester of college. I am an extremely driven individual that has a passion for helping people better understand subject content. I work at the pace of the student and am never judgmental, only uplifting and encouraging. I am willing to go above and beyond to help a student in need to better their grades and enhance their knowledge.
