My name is Miranda. I graduated from Mercer University in December of 2010 with my Bachelor's degree in psychology, and I plan to go back for my Master's in the spring of 2013 at the University of West Georgia. I graduated Magna Cum Laude at Mercer, with a GPA of around 3.8. I was also salutatorian of my senior class in high school and tutored many students in math and Spanish, as well as other subjects. I've always had a passion for tutoring and helping others excel in their academic classes.

As far as my tutoring methods go, I believe continual practice and knowing the subject will allow for success. Knowing how to apply the material in a variety of different situations is important as well. Many questions on exams focus on real life situations, not just a simple equation with an answer. So, it's important to not only know the material inside and out, but also to be able to apply it.
