I am a former high school English teacher with four years' experience teaching adult ESL. I am working as a tutor now because I enjoy working with individuals and small groups instead of large classes. I am willing to work with students of any age.

I have taught ESL for the past four years, for 12 hours per week, to students at all levels of proficiency.

I have completed the Virginia Adult Educator Certification Program (ESOL) through Level 2, Session 1. At the time I left my ESL job, no other levels were yet available.

I speak some Spanish--not fluently, but well enough to communicate easily.

You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
