Hello everyone, my name is Ke. Allow me to introduce myself. I am an Emory University graduate who majored in Economics and Mathematics. I have scored above 90-percentile on the GRE, SAT, and ACT. Finally, I have had over 6 years of teaching experience and have a true passion for teaching.
My experience starts in my Sophomore year of high school were I tutored algebra and geometry. During my Senior year of high school, I began giving tutoring lessons for SAT and ACT. Throughout my undergraduate career, I served as a TA for topics ranging from calculus to topics in economics. I have also worked for 2 semesters as a math teach at the Global Village School of Atlanta for Refugee Children.
I have experience both with one-one-one tutoring and teaching class sizes of up to 15 people. Outside the conventional classroom setting, I have written a 50 page booklet for the SAT. I also make instructional video series on topics such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, and calculus.
As for teaching style, one can expect me to be somewhat strict on doing practice problems. I expect students to work hard, but I make every conceivable effort to be fair. I also try my best to be as flexible as possible, since every person has his or her own method of learning.
Thus, I will provide you with a learning experience that is both comprehensive and personalized. I genuinely enjoy helping people learn about a subject. Feel free to contact me at any time. Have a terrific day!
