"Fantastic Japanese Tutor!"

My daughter will be attending college in Japan and wanted to practice her conversation skills. What a wonderful tutor we have found in Sachiko! Although I can't understand a word they're saying, they are obviously enjoying themselves, as there are bursts of laughter every few minutes. Sachiko puts a great deal of thought into the best way to help my daughter prepare for living in Japan. Each week, she comes prepared with books, fashion magazines, or dvds. They're also planning a shopping trip so that they'll have a real-life experience that will help her practice some important vocabulary. We feel so lucky to have met Sachiko!

Sachiko is so engaging that she draws me into actual conversation in Japanese using what I've learned so far - without me feeling nervous at all. She helps me understand the more subtle aspects of what I'm saying - It's not just "vocabulary" but really communicating.

She is gentle and works within my limits and yet inspires me to do more. We always have a good time, and I make more progress than I had thought possible. I'm using the Pimsleur CD's at the same time to give me the constant review, and then Sachiko brings it all alive and adds more words/sentences that arise out of our conversations together. I'm really enjoying being tutored by her.

How do I receive a discount?

Save between 5 and 15% on tutoring by purchasing credit with one of our prepaid discount packages. You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
