When I was 17 years old, our class was asked to do a project in geography class. When it was my turn, I got up, showed everybody my poster and I was shocked because I could not utter a SINGLE word. Not one word! I was completely paralyzed with fear. That experience shook me to the core and I decided to do something about it right then and there. At the age of 17, I signed up for my first Tony Robbins seminar. It wasnt a quick fix as I spent the next 10 years in public speaking classes/acting classes/seminars etc. Today at age 36, I am happy to say that not only have I overcome my fear of public speaking, I am considered one of the best coaches in Atlanta because of the process I allow my students to experience in my classes which include video feedback, real time coaching and many live examples.
