Hi, my name is Meng, and my English name is Elena. I grew up in Shenzhen, which is a place near Hong Kong in China, and I moved to the U.S. about five years ago with my family. I went to Georgia Perimeter College, and I was on the Dean's List. I also took Honors course, and I'm a member of Phi Theta Kappa, which is an honor society, and Mu Alpha Theta, which is a mathematics honor society. I'm now double majoring in Philosophy and Political Science at UGA. My plan is to enroll in the Pre-Law program. I speak Mandarin, Cantonese, English, and some French. I'm still studying French and Japanese. The highest math I did was Calculus II, and I finished all my math courses with A's. I'm really good at the math that I've already learned. I work part time to pay for my tuition and future plans. I love to learn different languages. My other interests include politics, animals, cooking, tennis, psychology, math, and comedies. I only teach the subjects that I'm really good at, so that I know I will do well on helping someone else to understand them. I'm also a nice person with great patience. Right now I have classes during weekdays, but I will be available to teach during most weekends. Since I won't be able to tutor everyday, my students can also e-mail me if they have important questions, and I will try my best to answer them.
