About Me:
I am a college freshman from the middle Georgia area currently majoring in Psychology. Throughout my high school career, I was an AP Scholar and was involved in the National Beta Club, Quiz Bowl Team, Yearbook Staff, Cheerleading Team, and Student Leadership. I have done volunteer work at local soup kitchens, Goodwill Industries, my college's Foreign Language Lab, and my church, where I am an active member and serve in the children's ministry monthly. I believe that my outstanding performance in my courses, my excellent study skills, and my willingness to work with others make me a first-rate choice among the tutors in Middle Georgia.
Who and What I Tutor:
I am primarily interested in tutoring high school and first-year college students because I have the most experience with this age group; however, I do have experience working with children in other capacities and would be more than willing to accept a tutoring position with younger students. I am capable of assisting students in English (Grammar, Literature, and Writing of all levels); Math(Algebra, Geometry, and Trigonometry through College Freshman level); Science(Biology, Anatomy & Physiology, other Biological Sciences, Nutrition, Health, and High School Physics/Physical Science); Social Sciences (most courses); Spanish Language; General Computing/Word Processing; Biblical Studies; and GED, ACT, and SAT prep.
Location and Scheduling:
Because I am currently enrolled in classes at a school a good distance from my home, the location at which I am available to tutor will depend on the day of the week and the time that you would like to be tutored. If you live or work in or near Milledgeville, Gray, Macon, Forsyth, or Byron, and you are interested in being tutored, feel free to contact me and I will do my best to make myself available at a good time and place for you.
