I have over ten years' experience in the field of science including medical, laboratory, educational,and environmental. I have also had over five years of management experience. Also I work well in an individually setting as well as in a group setting; I posses exceptional interpersonal and communication skill; strong organizational abilities. I graduated with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Environmental Science, but I also have an AS degree and numerous certifications. I have studied abroad as an internship (field work in Kenya, Nairobi, Africa: Wildlife Management Studies)

Yoga is a practice for the mind body and soul. I have been practicing yoga for 5 years. I offer yoga for meditation, for physical health. Training for beginners and intermediate levels.

Cooking

I am proficient in the area of cooking. By best critics are my husband and my 2 sons. I have been in the restaurant business for over 10 plus years (on and off), as a server and supervisor. When you cook you should cook with love, the best ingredient

When cooking I focus on Preparation, Time, and Taste. If a meal is prepared properly, i make sure i can prepare a dish within allotted time, and taste specific to the dish.
