I have attended Kennesaw State University and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Early childhood Education. With my several years of teaching experience and my passion for educating the whole child, I am confident I will be a valuable asset to your child.
I have had the opportunity to be involved with students in grades Pre-Kindergarten through Fifth Grade at schools with varying demographics. Some schools included Colegio de Menor located in Ecuador. Throughout these few years, I have taught a diverse group of students including those who spoke little English, those with learning disabilities, those who performed at grade level, and those who were gifted. My goal as a teacher is to develop a relationship with each student so that I may make a strong impact in helping them become well-rounded, responsible individuals.
My greatest strengths include differentiating instruction to meet the needs of every student, incorporating a sundry of materials for exploration, and integrating subjects into cooperative and individual assignments. I balance my lesson plans between the state standards and my students’ needs and interests and reflect on our progress frequently. I establish and maintain regular communication with parents and families so they may understand how their child is doing and how they can help at home.
I look forward to meeting with your child!
