I am a multi-adaptive teacher who learns and observes students’ weakness to help improve their overall learning skills. I encourage students that success is not only achieved in the classroom but in life as well. My tutoring specialties include but are not limited to Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Statistics, Calculus, SAT Math and ACT Math preparation. I work with students ranging from 5th grade to college level mathematics. My calling to be an educator started when I was in middle school. I left a public middle school and attended a college-preparatory school where I struggled academically. With the support from my parents, and a private tutor I was able to refocus and excel. With the support of my parents and numerous hours of tutoring, I was able to attend Morehouse College where I majored in Computer Science and minor in Mathematics. Completely oblivious to the idea of teaching I started working as a computer programer (Microsoft excel based minor Visual Basic). Unsatisfied with my new job, I found a job as math tutor for a SES provider (free tutoring for all students with free or reduced lunch). Within a month of tutoring, I was working with 10 students. With my history of adverse struggle and the combination of my success in mathematics, I could quickly relate and explain the struggles of learning mathematical concepts to my students. My students quickly became successful and I became one of the most requested tutors for the company. Completely elated with my success, I created a non-profit organization called company called Neo Networks. Neo Networks became a company that fosters the development of the whole child, nurture the spirit to educate youth in the area of computer literacy and mathematics, while also stimulating the desire for life-long learning, intellectual curiosity, and promoting individual self-esteem. As the CEO, I found companies to teamed up with, the Reef Center, Dekalb Workforce, Job Corps, and Clarkston Community center, to help students of all ages in the area of computer literacy and mathematics. Realizing my love for education, I enrolled in a graduate program at Georgia State for Math Secondary education and I quickly change my job from a computer programmer to a high school math teacher. On December 2013, I graduated with a Masters in Secondary Education and after four years at my first high school I finally moved to Parkview High school in Lilburn Georgia. Over the last 8 years, I have mentored, tutored, and taught students of all calibers (even home-schooled students).Within the past year I opened a tutoring center where I tutor students in small groups. I create no more than 5 to one on one ratios to maintain focus and personal interactions with each student.

My tutorial successes include:

- 30+ students prepared for the ASVAB for military enlistment

- 40+ students prepared for the SAT and the ACT to get into the colleges or university of their choice

- 50+ students to improve their grade in all mathematical areas of study. Both on high school and colligate levels.

At this point, with all my education experiences, my life experiences, and my desire to help students of all backgrounds I know I can have a positive impact on any student. I hope to hear from you soon.
