I am a small business owner with more than 20 years of experience as a CEO in the Human Resources field. I recently closed my office due to a lack of business in this economy. I am working from home and need additional income for my family.

Prior to opening my business in 1991, I was a high school Spanish and Math teacher. I left the teaching arena because I was given an opportunity of a lifetime to own a business. Now, it it necessary to utilize the training that I have as an educator.

I have a Master's degree in Spanish from the University of Rhode Island and an undergraduate degree from Mercer University in Spanish. I am an energetic mother and wife with three grown children who have their own careers. I have always worked with adolescents as a business owner and currently assist in my community as an advocate for children and youth. I operate a program for socially and economically disadvantged youth through my Senior Year Outreach Program. It is a non-profit organization targeting those "AT RISK"!!!

My teaching and tutoring style is simple: I LEAD BY EXAMPLE!!!! I was raised by proud parents who taught me that hard work and a great education would take me far in life.

High School Spanish is focused on repetitive conversation. Having lived in Spain, I know firsthand that it is important to teach in Spanish and English following up with basic grammar.
