Greetings:

My name is Mark and I have a passion for instilling the ideals of confidence in a learner. I have over a decade of educational experience, with a very diverse background. Starting my educational career in New York (working the private and public education sectors in both general and special education) and moving to Georgia teaching high and middle school math and social studies, and preparing for administrative roles and responsibilities has made me more equipped to serve students for success.

My teaching methods are geared towards twenty-first century learning methods (webquests, on-line/virtual learning, blogging, podcasts, etc), learning strategies (reading and vocabulary) and more importantly the ability for students to learn the material and become successful on their standardized test and relating the material to their daily life.

My pleasure,
Mark
