“Why is Physics so difficult?” For most students, studying Physics may be a big challenge because Physics is a complex subject that requires students to use both the left “mathematical” side as well of the right “creative” side of their brain. Physics requires students to translate complex verbal information into pictures and then into mathematical models, visualize problems and think creatively in general concepts. Physics explores the basic laws of our world and is the fundamen of almost all other sciences. An understanding of physics not only leads to a better understanding of the world and its natural phenomena, but also greatly improves the study of almost any other science.
I have a Ph. D in Physics and 20 years of experience in teaching physics and researching experimental physics in universities and national laboratories. I also tutor many high school and undergraduate students in physics and math. With my up-to-date knowledge and hands on experimental research experience, my students are sure to succeed. I not only help students solve problems and answer questions, but also help them understand the concepts and think actively.
Physics is intriguing and fascinating. Studying Physics is very fun if you are interested and can be very easy when you get it. My students have verified it!
I offer tutoring in high school courses (e.g. AP Physics B/C, AP Calculus AB/BC), SAT Subject Tests, and college level Physics. If you have any interest in excelling, please contact me!
