I have been in the accounting field for over 10 years and have managed small companies to large corporations including non-profits. I am active in the community volunteering with senior and disabled people in Georgia assisting them to become more independent. I also am currently homeschooling my daughter in pre-k and my son who is in the first grade.
I would like to help you and your child/student become successful in their careers. I have several tutoring methods that encourage learning even if your child is unwilling to learn. For example, first by ensuring that the child understands the vocabulary associated with the math problem, then gauging the level of the child in math, then listening to assess communication and the skill level of the child, and finally reinforcing the child's main educational school program concepts. By following these steps the child is more likely to grasp the understanding of why we study math and its importance.
I have extensive experience in the following areas:
QuickBooks; Peachtree Accounting; Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher; running a business (Office Management); website creation and maintenance; forensic accounting; cost accounting; accounting management; financial analyst; computer skills; gardening; cooking; automotive repair; organization techniques; and exercising.
